Privacy Policy — Child-Friendly Privacy Policy
Didi Pizza Delivery
Last updated: [30.10.2026]
At Cokgezer Games, we value our players’ privacy, especially children’s privacy. This policy explains what information is processed in the Didi Pizza Delivery mobile game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
A short explanation for children: You do not need to give us your real name, home address, or phone number to play. Your game progress is saved on your device. The advertising service in the game may process some technical information. If you need help, ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
1. Who we are
Cokgezer Games is the publisher of the game. We are responsible for our own data processing activities described in this policy.
Contact: info@cokgezer.com
Website: https://cokgezer.com
This policy covers the mobile game. Any separate website services or cookies are explained separately where applicable.
2. Information we use
Information stored on your device: Game progress, levels, earned virtual items, settings, and pizza refill information are stored on your device. Your device’s language setting may be used to select the game language. You do not need to create an account to play.
Support messages: If you email us, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
Advertising data: The game uses Google AdMob. AdMob may process IP addresses and inferred approximate location, advertising interactions, technical performance information, and identifiers permitted by the applicable age and privacy settings. This information supports advertising delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
The game does not use a separate third-party player analytics or crash reporting service. This does not mean that the advertising service does not process its own technical information.
3. Children’s privacy and advertising
We do not ask children to provide names, addresses, phone numbers, or similar direct identifiers within the game. We do not use behavioural profiling or personalised advertising directed at children. We apply appropriate age and content restrictions to advertisements shown to children.
Where parental consent is legally required for a data processing activity, we will obtain it before that processing begins. Using the game alone does not constitute parental consent.
If you believe a child has provided unnecessary personal information, please contact us. We will review and, where appropriate, delete it. Parents and guardians may request information about, or deletion of, their child’s information that we hold.
4. Notifications and purchases
With your permission, game reminders, such as notifications that pizzas are ready, are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
The game currently has no real-money in-app purchases, and we do not collect your payment details.
5. Sharing and international processing
We use our email service provider to handle support requests and AdMob to deliver advertisements. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect rights and safety.
These providers may process information in other countries. Safeguards required by applicable data protection law apply to such transfers.
If we introduce Unity Ads or another provider, we will explain the provider and relevant data practices in this policy, provide additional notice, and obtain consent where required.
6. Retention and security
Local game records may remain until you clear the application’s data on your device. Your device’s backup settings may create separate copies.
We retain support correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Google explains its retention of advertising data in its own policy.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
7. Your rights and policy changes
Depending on the laws where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, object to processing, or request restrictions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Contact info@cokgezer.com to exercise these rights or ask a privacy question. We may request proportionate verification of identity or parental authority before fulfilling a request.
We may update this policy. We will provide appropriate notice of significant changes and publish the current version and date on this page.
