These terms govern your use of Didi Pizza Delivery, a mobile game provided by Cokgezer Games. Please read them before playing. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Children and parents

If you are too young to enter into a legally binding agreement independently, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the game. We encourage parents to review the game, advertisements, and device permissions with their children.

This permission does not replace any separate parental consent required for processing personal information.

2. Permission to use the game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You must not damage the game, bypass security measures, obtain rewards through cheating, or distribute the game without permission. Uses expressly permitted by law remain unaffected.

3. Virtual items and advertising

In-game currencies, pizzas, rewards, and other virtual items are for use within the game only. They are not real money and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The game may display advertisements and offer optional rewarded advertisements. Rewards depend on meeting the completion requirements displayed for the relevant advertisement. Advertisement availability is not guaranteed.

Advertising links may take you to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

There are currently no real-money in-app purchases. If introduced in the future, prices and conditions will be clearly presented before purchase, and the relevant terms will be updated.

4. Progress and updates

Game progress is stored on your device. Clearing application data, changing devices, or technical problems may result in lost progress. As we do not provide account-based cloud saving, transferring or restoring progress on another device is not guaranteed.

We may change content, features, and game balance to improve the game or address problems. We will provide appropriate information about significant changes.

5. Intellectual property

The game’s name, software, characters, artwork, audio, and other content belong to Cokgezer Games or their respective rights holders. Using the game does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

6. Service operation and legal rights

We work to keep the game functioning properly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or identical performance on every device.

These terms do not exclude your mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Using the game does not automatically constitute consent to data processing that requires separate permission.

When these terms change, we will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of significant changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may stop using the game.
